first I chopped, green onions and the scallions attached, then I chopped a Mexican scallion, a red onion, and a clove of garlic, then I chopped fresh spinach, bell pepper, tomato, a couple of carrots, broccoli, a little peach, and then squeezed a pomegranate on top.
while this was going on I nuked 3 potatoes in the microwave for ten minutes (quick way to bake a potato)
Next I turned on the fire on the frying pan, and put 4 spoons of butter in the pan, and added the onion/garlic mix, with a spoon of sugar, and a couple of shakes of black pepper I fried the mix for about 3 minutes then added the rest of the veggies.
and began frying them into the mix. then I added a spoon of soy sauce a spoon of terriaki sauce and about 1/4 a cup of Italian dressing, then continued to fry the mix till the potatoes were done nuking. then As the veggies are still frying in the pan, I cut the potatoes and put a slice of cheese in the middle of each one then put them back together, I continued to fry the mixture till the sauces was thick then turned off the fire opened the potatoes into two halves then put the mixture on each potato...
very yummy, layers of flavor, and fairly healthy aside from the butter. :)
