Apple bacon and jack cheeze grilled sandwhich.
ingredients
sour dough bread,
butter
gala apples
pepper jack cheese
bacon
First cook the bacon, till crispy. next fry sliced gala apples in the bacon grease till they are caramelized. next take two slices of sour dough bread. butter both sides. put in warm pan low heat flip each piece of bread a couple of times, then add cheese slices to both slices of bread, then add fried apples and bacon. place the top half of bread onto the bottom swoosh together, and continue frying till bread is golden brown and toasted. take out of pan, serve with tots or fries and spring mix salad....
