3 layers of flavor chicken

you need,2 cloves of garlic garlic chopped , 1 bunch of green onion, 1/2 a white onion chopped , 2 carrots cut thin slices, 2 pickled jalapenos chopped, 1 red bell pepper sliced thin, one green bell pepper sliced thin, half a broccoli crown chopped up. half a tomato chopped, a hand full of blue berries, and a handful of red cherries remove the seeds. and 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast. also 1 cup of ginger soy sauce, and have two tea spoons of vinaigrette handy as well as 2 spoons of margarine.

how to make it

(1) first heat up margarine in the pan, with the carrots, garlic, the jalapenos, the whites of the green onion and the white onion, once they start cooking add the chicken. let cook for a few minutes on low heat, (2) then add the cherries and the blue berries, and the vinaigrette. let cook till the chicken is white and starts turning blue (3) add the ginger soy sauce and the veggies let come to a boil, then turn down to low heat and cover for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand 2 minutes before serving. serve with cold cucumber slices as a side...

the 3 flavors comes from the way that the dish is cooked, it first pushes the garlic onion flavor into the chicken with step (1) with step two a layer of favor of berries is pushed into the chicken for step (2) then at the end the ginger soy sauce with the remainder of the veggies adds the 3rd layer of flavor

try it out, its yummy,

BTW I copy-write this now, as this is my personal recipe...

in a separate sauce pan, bring water to boil for rice (we'll use minute rice to save time and money) add a little bit of broccoli flowers and a slight bit of the chopped onion and garlic, and a spoon full of the sauce you made for the main dish.
add the rice, cut heat, and set aside for fluffing when ready
